That’s why we ask about your pets temperament and behaviour with both humans and other dogs, this will help make the best decision for both your pet, and you. WE DO NOT TAKE IN AGGRESSIVE DOGS. You can schedule an appointment along with your pet at our nearest center, Our evaluation test is conducted daily from 2pm to 3pm. Evaluations are strictly by appointment only. Please call us to schedule a time for you and your dog.
Yes, we require all pets in our care to be fully vaccinated! For dogs, please provide proof of latest annual vaccinations documents including kennel cough and ensure that your pet is protected against ticks and fleas.
No one’s skipping medication on our watch! Just provide the medications in their original packaging and we will administer them as directed. Please be advised that we are not able to give any injections or administer intravenous medications.

We take great care with our admission screening processes and have trained, dedicated staff to supervise all group play closely. Unfortunately, accidents do occur. As dogs use their mouths and paws in play while running around with each other, this can sometimes cause scratches.

You’ll be notified of any such occurrence. Our handlers are also trained in first-aid. If the injury is too serious, we will send your pet to the vet for professional advice.

For Day Care, you can provide your own lunch for your pet or treats for the duration of their stay. We advise against toys as it might cause a fight to happen.
Our attendance varies from 12 dogs to 30 dogs during our peak seasons. Peak seasons include Public Holidays, School Holidays, Long Weekends, Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year.

For pet day care, any cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before check-in date. Cancellation of transport arrangements must be made at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled pick up. Yes we do refund the full amount, it might take X no. Of days
Pack walks start at 8am. The last pack that goes out for their walk will be at 9:30am.
