Things to know before boarding your doggo

Pets must have updated vaccination records which have to be submitted before entering the Pet resort.
Local ID proof of the owner is mandatory at the time of check in.
Tick/Flea Prevention (Spot on/Bravecto/Simperica) is mandatory at the time of boarding. Dogs are inspected physically at the time of boarding and if any tick is found the tick treatment will be done at the expenses of parents.
Daycare won’t be applicable along with the overnight boarding.
We provide fresh cooked meals (chicken/curd rice). If your dog is on a specific diet, you may provide it along or it will be chargeable.
Meals- Adult dogs( Twice a day), Puppers-Less than 6 months(Thrice a day) Additional meals will be charged Rs.50 per meal
In case of medical visit, the expenses shall be covered by the pet parents including the transport charges.
If the dog is playful, they may get minimal scratched while playing.
Overnight boarding charges are on 24hours 7am-8pm, beyond that is counted as next day.
Check in time- 7am, check out time-8pm
Aggressive dogs and female dogs on heat are strictly not allowed inside the premises.
Winter Timings- 8am-7pm
Do not get their beddings, feeding bowls during their stay.

Private Sleeping Areas: Our spacious, private sleeping areas are designed for comfort ,a caretaker sleeps with them so they do not feel anxious at night.
Interactive Playtime: Dogs staying overnight can enjoy plenty of playtime in our secure, outdoor play areas during the day. Whether it’s running, fetching, or socializing with other dogs, your dog will stay active and entertained.
Regular Feedings: We provide fresh cooked meals and treats according to your dog’s dietary needs. If your pet has special dietary requirements or medical needs, our team will ensure they are followed precisely.
Medication Administration: We understand that some dogs need medications, and we are fully equipped to administer them as needed.
We update the pet parents with daily pictures and videos during their stay at Pooch.
